Our shipping department double checks every product and carefully pack every order to make sure you receive your order in its best condition. We are not responsible for orders damaged by shipping carriers. Once an item has been shipped, Innysthebrand shall not be responsible for any uncollected parcels which includes presenting an incomplete or wrong address.
Customers are also fully responsible for all local customs or tax fees and, no refunds shall be made in cases where the customer is unwilling to cover these fees. No refunds shall be made in such instances, (value forfeited) and a shipping fee will be incurred if parcels are requested to be shipped out again.
Innysthebrand is not responsible for orders LOST OR STOLEN, incorrect mailing address/change of mailing address or unclaimed packages. We ship to the address provided at checkout.

Please note that if the package doesn’t reach you after you provided a wrong or incomplete address, we will not be held accountable and will not be able to offer a full refund of your order amount - the customer is responsible for providing clear and correct shipping & billing information upon placing an order.
