Shipping Policy


When will my order ship?

All of your orders both domestic and international usually ship within 2-3 business days of purchase, Please note this excludes weekends, holidays or during high SALES period which takes longer to process your orders & then ship out but no worries your order will be processed as quickly as possible & shipped.

Shipping your order

  • Domestic orders

Orders within Ukraine ship via New post ( NovaPoshta) or Ukrposhta registered mail will take 2-3 business days to reach you. 

  • International orders

We ship worldwide via Ukrposhta or Novaposhta. You can expect to receive your purchases at least within 15-28 business days. Please be patient as we work hard to get your orders out.

Once your order has been shipped out and updated, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Please be patient as it takes 24-48 hours for your order to be scanned in. You can also continuously track your package on our website, go to track my order at the info section for more details.

Please note that the dates posted are an estimation delivery time, therefore our brand Innysthebrand is not able to certainly guarantee delivery dates. International Orders May be subject to duties and taxes but we do our best to avoid this, but in any case that duties & taxes do come up customers are responsible for this. The limits for duty-free packages are determined by your local customs authorities. Please do check their website for more info & updates.

Note, if you order an item that is in stock along with order items on the PRE-ORDER list or a customized jewellery, your order will be shipped out all at once, when available.

How can I track my parcel?

When your order is shipped, an email containing a tracking number will be sent to you. This number allows you to easily track the whereabouts of your order. Tracking data will not update until 24-48 hours later so do not worry if your tracking number doesn’t work immediately, just be patient as it’ll get scanned in due time and update automatically.

I paid for express shipping, why hasn't my order arrived in the time frame I paid for?

All express shipments require the usual processing time of 2-3 business days, this doesn’t apply for additional shipping shipping times which is stated at checkoutWhen express shipping is selected, the time frame shown only applies once the package leaves our facility. Most times your order is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Innysthebrand does not profit from any additional shipping charges, all shipping fees are paid to the selected mail carrier. My tracking isn’t updating. What is happening?

Usually when your package is in transit with the mail carrier the tracking information will not update until it is physically scanned in by someone. We advise you wait for at least 24-48 hours after your tracking number is sent to actually track your order. If your tracking number isn’t still updating it’s usually because it hasn’t been scanned, Once scanned the tracking information will update. If your purchase is held at customs for processing, the tracking information will not update until the customs department releases the package to the mail courier. 

For any questions and concerns regarding the whereabouts of your package you please contact the mail carrier you selected at checkout. Innysthebrand is a separate company from UKRPOSHTA/FEDEX/UPS/DHL and does not have access to tracking systems to provide any additional information. We do apologize for any inconveniences.

Taxes and duties

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties. Innysthebrand is not responsible for any taxes or duties applied to your order. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties.

 Order Cancellations

Once your order has been placed it is final, AGAIN ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS. We are also unable to cancel or make changes to your order once placed. We start working on your order right away as soon as it has been confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please double check all orders as well as payment methods before placing your order.
